What we are happy to hear about
- Error reports: a result that looks wrong or a button that does not work
- Tool suggestions: a tool you wish existed
- Wording suggestions: an awkward English sentence or a typo in an explanation
- Advertising and partnership inquiries
What to include when you contact us
- The name of the tool and the page address
- The values you entered, the result you expected and the result you got
- The device and browser you use
A screenshot makes it much easier to find the cause.
Information you do not need to send
Please do not include sensitive personal information such as passwords, national ID numbers or bank account numbers. Values you enter into a tool are never sent to a server, so a few example numbers that reproduce the problem are enough.
Correction requests
If you find a wrong number, an outdated rule or a mistaken expression in a tool description or a guide, please send the page address and the correction (ideally with the address of an official notice). We will check it and fix the content. BTSPACE WAGLE is a personally run site, and we receive messages about the site only at the email address above.
About replies
We will reply in order after reviewing. When there are many messages, replies may take longer. We do not give individual advice on investment, tax, legal or medical matters; please ask a professional or an official agency about those.
